Our gummies are all-natural, non-gmo, gluten-free and fully guaranteed! Our CBD oil is sourced from family-owned hemp farms in Kentucky and Oregon. The oil is extracted with a chemical-free CO2 process and fully-tested by 3rd party labs for purity. Some brands are sprayed or dipped with CBD oil. We infuse our gummies with CBD oil, as infusion is the only way to provide them with consistant, accurate CBD mg. doses.
Full spectrum CBD is an extract that contains all compounds
found naturally occurring in the hemp plant, including terpenes, essential oils, and other cannabinoids. The full spectrum of cannabinoids, terpenes, and essential oils extracted from the plant work together to magnify the therapeutic benefits of each individual cannabinoid. This is commonly referred to as the “entourage effect” and is the “gold standard” for achieving the best results.
All of our products are lab-tested and have THC of .3% or less as mandated by law. Often the amount of THC in our products is virtually non-detectable (ND) as it’s so close to zero. If you are subject to drug testing please note that depending on the test, it’s possible that trace amounts of THC could be detected, though unlikely.
The full spectrum of cannabinoids, terpenes, and essential oils of the hemp plant, combined with all-natural fruit flavors have a fantastic sweet, earthy taste. Some people are surprised that they don’t taste like pure sweet candy. They shouldn’t! We take product safety very seriously! That is why we 3rd party test all our products regularly for potency, heavy metals, and pesticides, ensuring everything we sell is safe and compliant. All products contain unique Lot #’s and a QR code for easy access to our lab reports. These tests also confirm that the amount of CBD claimed on the label is actually contained in the product.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, our customer service team will be happy to either replace your purchase or issue you a refund. Please note that returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery date.
Standard Shipping (2-4 days) costs $6.95 for orders under $50 and is FREE for orders over $50. You also have the option of Expedited Shipping (1-2 days) for a $25 charge. Expedited orders are processed the same day if ordered before 11 AM EST. Orders placed after 11AM EST, or any time on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays may not ship until the next business day. Standard orders are typically processed same day or next day before shipping.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are estimated to arrive within 7 business days.
- Orders shipped to Guam and APO/FPO addresses are estimated to arrive within 10 business days.
You will receive an email containing all necessary tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also log into your Account and select “Track a Shipment.” You will see your full order history and can select the appropriate order to view tracking details.
To cancel an order please try to notify us within 15 minutes of placing the order. We always strive to ship an order as soon as we get it. If we have not yet shipped it we will make every effort to stop the shipment. If it is too late to cancel you can always return the order for a refund. Most orders enter the processing stage very quickly unless delayed or held up for payment or billing issues.
Please contact your local carrier to see if a parcel has been left for you. In certain cases, a parcel will be left with a local carrier’s office if the recipient is not available for delivery. In most cases, however, the parcel may be misdelivered to a neighbor or nearby address and just needs a little extra time to find its way into the right hands. If you have not been able to locate the parcel, please submit a request so we can investigate further.
If an item has is missing from your order please check your invoice to ensure that the missing item is not on back order or check your email confirmation for possible multiple tracking numbers (orders may have been sent in multiple packages).

Since testing and tracking the CBD from farm to package is of ultimate importance, right now we only trust buying from our sources in the USA. Some other companies will buy Hemp oil from China and other countries to save money, but regulations overseas are sometimes not as strict. Safety and purity is our topmost priority, so at this time we only use USA Hemp oil!
